rehabilitation center located in Ascension Parish, owned and
operated by CommCare Corporation.
Our staff specializes in providing skilled nursing, long term
care, and short term rehabilitation such as physical, speech,
occupational and restorative therapies. We serve Ascension Parish
and the surrounding areas. Our state of the art facility
works closely with other regional medical facilities, From Baton
Rouge, N.O., Thibodaux, Morgan City, Gonzales, Houma, Napoleonville
and Donaldsonville areas in transition to nursing home
arrangements.
